Smart & Healthy: Supporting Good Nutrition in Families with Infants

The Special Supplemental Nutrition program for Women, Infants and Children, WIC, is a program that provides supplemental foods, health care referrals and nutrition education for low income pregnant, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding women and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. This presentation will share how WIC helps families improve their nutrition and provide tips that you can use to improve the health of the families that you work with.
